Welcome to New Moon Coaching LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at newmooncoaching.org, including any content, functionality, educational materials, and coaching services offered on or through the site.
By accessing or using the site, purchasing services, or participating in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the website.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality on this website—including but not limited to text, articles, blog posts, coaching frameworks, graphics, logos, downloads, downloadable booklets, worksheets, audio/video recordings, and overall design—are the exclusive property of New Moon Coaching LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view site content and downloaded materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
- Restrictions: You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our materials without prior written consent from New Moon Coaching LLC.
3. Website Misuse & Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You explicitly agree NOT to:
- Engage in any conduct that restricts, inhibits, or disrupts anyone’s use or enjoyment of the site.
- Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access, scrape, or extract data from the website for any purpose without express written authorization.
- Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or harmful software.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the website, the server on which the site is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the site.

4. Terms of Sale & Refund Policy
1:1 Coaching Packages: Cancellations requested in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of a program or multi-session package are eligible for a refund (minus a 5% administrative fee to cover non-refundable payment processing costs), or full credit toward future services. Once a program has commenced or initial sessions have been delivered, fees for remaining unused sessions are non-refundable, though they may be rescheduled or applied as credit toward future services.
Drop-In Sessions: Scheduled single sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the appointment time at no additional cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”) are non-refundable and forfeit the session fee.
Workshops & Special Events: Full refunds (minus a 5% administrative processing fee) for community workshops or group events are available if requested in writing at least 3 days before the event date. Cancellations made within 3 days of the event are non-refundable, but ticket transfers to another participant are permitted upon advance written notice. If New Moon Coaching cancels an event, participants will receive a choice of a 100% refund or equal credit toward a future event.
Digital Products & Downloads: Due to the immediate access provided to downloadable content, all sales of digital materials (including downloadable coaching booklets, guides, worksheets, and recorded workshops) are final and non-refundable.
Payment Processing & Recurring Plans: Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). If you enroll in a multi-session program using an installment plan, you remain responsible for completing all remaining scheduled payments.
